Cindi's Winning Taco Chili

Here is that famous 2009 award winning chili recipe!

Taco Chili

1 lb lean ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 small onion
1 can tomato soup
4 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 cup water
1 15 oz. can pinto beans in chili sauce undrained
shredded cheddar cheese
torilla or Frito chips
1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes with chilies undrained

Brown beef; drain and rinse with hot water to remove excess fat. Combine all ingredients in large pot, except chips and cheese. Simmer on low about 30 minutes. To serve pour in bowls, crumble chips and sprinkle cheese on top. Makes 4-6 servings.

I usually don't add as much water or all of the corn. I always double the recipe but I don't double the taco seasoning. These are some of my tips that really make it "cin"-fully delicious and a real winner!
